SHIPPING DETAILS

It is important to us that you receive your package as soon as possible, so we aim to dispatch and fulfill your orders as soon as they are received. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Orders typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched. All custom orders require 4-6 weeks to be fulfilled. Please keep in mind that if you place a custom order with other items from our store, your order will be dispatched after your custom item arrives.

LOST/STOLEN/FAILED PACKAGES

Please ensure all details provided are correct, with your phone number included, before placing an order with us. This will help prevent lost or failed packages. KATHELABEL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or have failed to be delivered. We do our best to assist you however responsibility is handed over to the delivery service provider once we've dispatched your order, so we are no longer liable. Therefore it is important that you keep your tracking number handy for when you might need to contact your post office or shipping courier.
