Returns

At KATHELABEL it is our priority to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please be advised that all our products are quality checked before being shipped. However, in the unlikely event that you experience a damaged/faulty item, you are eligible for a return and exchange within a 30 day policy for both domestic and international customers, with proof of purchase and item defect.

KATHELABEL does not hold responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipment. It is important that you retain the receipt of your order and tracking number, for proof of purchase in case you are required to contact your local post office about your order. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer and cannot be refunded. Your return will be processed after we receive the item/s.

We only offer returns on full priced items that remain in perfect condition (or the exact condition you received it in), are unused and returned with its original packaging (jewellery box/pouch). If we receive your item without its original packaging, your return/exchange request will not be accepted and/or processed.

Refunds

KATHELABEL does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases and/or damaged items after use due to negligence of care. (We provide a detailed page of how to properly care and maintain your pieces to avoid damages and expand the longevity of your item/s.)

A refund will only be offered for items that cannot be repaired by us or is completely out of use upon delivery. The item/s must be unworn and undamaged in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund (minus shipping cost). All SALE (reduced) items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

KATHELABEL reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if the requested order does not comply with the above policy.
