What if I make a mistake with my order?
If you've made a mistake with your order please contact us ASAP to see if we are able to adjust anything along the way (size/colour), during packing. If you've forgotten to add an item or accidentally added an extra item, we are unable to make changes to your order unfortunately. Please double check your cart before placing your order.
How long does a customer order take?
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to be completely fulfilled and delivered to you. Our custom pieces are made to order so please consider production and shipping time.
Are all your pieces tarnish resistant?
All our pieces have their base and coat metal noted in each description. We have a range of 18k gold plated stainless steel and sterling silver pieces that both require gentle jewellery care to extend its longevity. However our stainless steel pieces are water and tarnish resistant, even with minimal maintenance. Please read our Jewellery Care page for more information on our metals.
Can we make a gift order?
Yes, you can select the 'Gift' box at checkout with a personal message for the receiver. We do not include the invoice in your order as we assume it will be delivered straight to the receiver. We gift wrap these orders in our luxury packaging and finish off with our signature silk ribbon bow. If you would like a handwritten message added to the gift, please leave your message in the notes box at checkout.
How do I know my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size please visit Ring Size for more assistance or contact us via Instagram DM for a quicker response, @kathelabel. We also have ring sizers at a low cost that you may add to your cart if you purchase other items with us.
